Łódź - The Best Candidate ECC 2016
Film promujący ostatni etap działań miasta Łodzi w kierunku uzyskania tytułu ESK 2016.

Special workshop in Pecs, Hungary (3-5th March 2010)
Będę miał niewątpliwą przyjemność być uczestnikiem specjalnego warsztatu w mieście Pecs na Węgrzech organizowanego przez British Council w ramach projektu Urban Idea Bakery (http://creativecities.britishcouncil.org/urban_ideas_bakery).
Pierwszy warsztat w ramach tego projektu odbył się w Kownie na Litwie (10-11grudnia 2009), w którym niestety nie mogłem uczestniczyć. Ty razem warsztat odbędzie się na Węgrzech w mieście Pecs. Tematem przewodnim warsztatu będzie "Społeczność - powiązania i wspólne przestrzenie". W fazie diagnostycznej określone zostały potrzeby w tym temacie przez interesariuszy. Warsztat ma za zadanie wybrać te potrzeby, które poprowadzą Pecs do osiągnięcia swojej pozytywne wizji przyszłości.
Dodatkową atrakcją jest fakt, że w tym roku Pecs jest Europejską Stolicą Kultury ! Mam nadzieję zebrać na miejscu informacje na temat przygotowań miasta do bycia ECC - promocji, tworzenia eventów itd. oraz pierwszych podsumowań. Materiał przyda mi się do opracowywanego specjalnego Raportu na temat polskich miast biorących udział w konkursie ECC 2016 (jest ich aż 11). Raport zostanie opublikowany w maju tego roku.
I will be a participant in a special workshop in Pecs (Hungary) organized by the British Council under the project 'Urban Idea Bakery' (http://creativecities.britishcouncil.org/urban_ideas_bakery).
The first workshop in the project 'Urban Idea Bakery'was held at Kanus in Lithuania (December 10-11, 2009), which I unfortunately could not attend. This time workshop will be held at Pecs in Hungary. The theme of the Bakery will be 'community connections and shared community spaces'. These are the needs identified and agreed on by stakeholders during the diagnosis and they are currently putting together additional evidence that these are the core needs of the city that get in the way of Pecs Achieving its positive visions of the future.
An additional attraction is the fact that this year Pecs is the European Capital of Culture! I hope to collect on-site information on the preparation of the city to be ECC - promotion, events, etc. and some first evaluations. Material will be useful for me to prepare the special report on the Polish cities participating in the contest ECC 2016 (there are 11 cities in Poland). The report will be published in May this year.
